Holistic,
Multiple-Modality Protocols
“ An art, not just science”
Lasers
are special because of their precision and accuracy. A laser
emits one simple frequency
of purified light that can “zero
in” on a specific target, allowing the specialist to choose
just the right tool for a specific purpose. The higher the “target
specificity”, the lower the required energy, which means
fewer side effects, less down-time and minimal risk. This presents
a challenge to the medical aesthetic specialist in that many expensive
lasers must be purchased in order to offer a comprehensive variety
of services… an enormous investment that AMA Corp continues
to make. Consequently, our experience with so many different types
of lasers has allowed us to develop unique protocols that integrate multiple modalities and that allow an extraordinary range of customized
treatments for each individual patient.

In
addition to an ever expanding array of state-of-the-art lasers,
AMA Corp’s
expertise has now expanded beyond laser modalities to include LED Photo-Modulation and Photodynamic
Therapy with Blue
Light and ALA (amino-levulinic acid). LED Photo-Modulation represents
the newest light-energy devices recently approved by the FDA for
a variety of aesthetic skin treatment. The emitted energy, while
low intensity, is engineered to interact with the mitochondria
of dermal cells, dramatically stimulating the production of ATP,
which is the essential fuel of the cell. The treated cells, bursting
with ATP, can now function with an astounding vitality of youth.
The results are very real and scientifically measurable, dramatically
increasing collagen production diminishing wrinkles, shrinking
pores and improving the tone and texture of the skin. Interestingly,
the physiological changes induced by LED Photo-Modulation also
reverse cell damage, including damage caused by excessive exposure
to the sun. Spotty UV damaged skin, scientifically measured by
AMA Corps Computerized Complexion Analysis Photography (CCAP) can
be tracked as it is healed and spots simply disappear.
Procedures
done well are holistic in nature. By using our unique Multiple
Modality
Protocols, we have learned how to stimulate the
body’s natural resources, physiologically transforming the
skin to a much younger state, and enabling it to perform as it
did when youthful, before aging and lifestyle stresses took their
toll. Lasers and other hi-tech light-energy devices can also stimulate
the immune system, detoxify the skin, remove old collagen and stimulate
the production of new collagen. It is truly a partnership between
our technology and protocols and the patients own physiology. The
result is dramatically healthier, more radiant and youthful skin
that appears completely natural and genuine… because it is exactly that.
Medical
Aesthetician Program &
Computerized Complexion Analysis Photography (CCAP)
All facial patients undergo an assessment session by sophisticated
Computerized Complexion Analysis Photography. By utilizing the
CCAP we are able to customize the ideal treatments and home care
regimen to keep your skin healthy and radiant as well as accurately
tracking your progress.
As the effects of time and life style stresses will continue to
exact their toll, maintenance treatments are necessary to prolong
and enhance healthier more beautiful skin. Therefore, integrating
Medical Aestheticians into our protocols is a very valuable asset
to our practice. Not only are treatment results better with the
addition of the customized facials they perform, the patients receive
much TLC from them. Furthermore, the Medical Aestheticians perform
the critical function of performing extractions and skin nourishing
treatments as well as designing a home care regimen for each patient
that assists the patient in remaining engaged in long term care
and maintenance. Under the long term care of our Medical Aestheticians,
our patients maximize the results achieved by our laser procedures.
Every facial performed by our Medical Aestheticians incorporates
the Amber LED Photo Modulation. The LED energy stimulates the production
of collagen while simultaneously reversing cell damage. Successive
treatments will minimize signs of aging by reduce wrinkles and
pores while improving skin tone and texture.
