AMA’s Collagen Remodeling, or Dermal Rejuvenation is a procedure that treats the deeper wrinkles in the dermis by targeting the fibroblast cells that produce collagen. By stimulating these cells, the skin produces new “young” collagen. This treatment in essence removes wrinkles from the inside out, producing healthier, firmer skin with increased tone and elasticity. Each successive treatment of the Collagen Remodeling has a cumulative effect on the fibroblasts resulting in progressively greater amounts of collagen production over longer periods of time. Best results are achieved with 3-6 treatments scheduled 2-4 weeks apart.
